Brief Review  KFC China is the most popular western fast food chain in China. The company create special dishes to satisfy local Chinese people‘s tastes. KFC China launches a lot of campaigns to introduce their new products, expand the brand exposure, and  make more profits. KFC China has a good performance in develop various campaigns. Most their campaigns like the " Re- launch of Five sides of tender cattle" attract more consumers and increase its revenue. Amazon is an American electronic commerce and cloud computing company based in Seattle, Washington, and that was founded by Jeff Bezos in 1994. The Amazon.com started as an online bookstore and later diversified to sell video downloads/streaming, software, video games, electronic, furniture, food, and so on. In 2015, Amazon became the most valuable retailer in the U.S. by market capitalization, and it became the second most valuable public company in the word. On Twitter, there is an official Amazon Help account which aim to answer Amazon support questions 7 days a week. And this support is available in some different languages.

Loblaw is a Canadian company selling food and pharmacy, it owns a network of corporate and independently operated stores in communities across the country. Social media is a powerful marketing and communications tool, and a venue for customer service. All Loblaw employees cares about customers.
